You need to use the username and password that you also use when logging on to the network with your workstation. The username usually uses the format: first initial, middle initial, last name; for example 'JABaker'.

Your Microsoft Outlook/Office password may take up to 10 minutes to sync over. After the password reset, you can logon with your new password and continue working.

Can I only reset my password if I'm enrolled in this program?

Yes, before you can use the Forgot My Password functionality of the software, you need to enroll. Only after enrolling you use it to reset your password.

Does the password reset software work if, for example, I'm using my laptop and I'm not connected to the network?

Yes, but only if your organization configured this functionality. However you can't use the software to reset your password, but instead it will allow you to logon using credentials that are cached by Windows.

Does the software store my answers?

Yes, but only during enrollment and the answer will be stored using encryption. Therefore, it is not possible to retrieve your original answers.

Does the software store my passwords somewhere?

No, the software only stores the questions and answers.

Does the helpdesk have access to my answers and questions?

Not, not by default. Optionally the software supports encrypting the answers using reversible encryption. Using this option and the related software can assist the helpdesk to identify a user during a helpdesk call.
